Located within SAMS Lebanon Office and working closely the medical team, MEAL, Operation and Finance department, the Operations’ officer will Contribute the day-to-day operational activities implementation, which includes Procurement related activities, Logistics activities, managing the drivers, providing support to the medical team, and following up on the offices needs. The Operations’ officer will be reporting to the Finance & operations’ Manager and will support in maintaining and establishing strategic partnerships with Suppliers and services providers.

The Project Assistant will be reporting to the Project Coordinator

this position is located within SAMS Lebanon Office and working closely with Program, MEAL, Finance, and Operations departments, the Grants and Partnerships Officer coordinates proposal development and day-to-day program administration and reporting, to support compliance with donor regulations. The Grants and Partnerships Officer also leads in developing strategic partnerships with institutional donors, I/LNGOs, UN agencies, and other stakeholders.

The Project Coordinator will be reporting to the Program Director/Country Representative and will support in maintaining and establishing strategic partnerships with institutional donors, INGOs, UN agencies, and other stakeholders.
