RFQ - Conducting Analysis of SAMS' Software Solutions (Systems)

SAMS is contracting an independent evaluation of a psychosocial support (PSS) program for adolescents in Lebanon that has been implemented by SAMS since 2021. The purpose of the evaluation is to determine the extent of this program’s impact on the populations it has served and how well the effects of this program have been sustained over time. This evaluation will be summative by collecting data related to the core outputs and outcomes, assessing how well the program has reached its long-term goals, and guiding any future decision-making related to project design, management, and operations.

SAMS is a growing organization, in the process of delivering interactive awareness sessions and building the capacity of its beneficiaries to be able to improve skills on theatre of express including forum theatre so that SAMS will have the ability to promote awareness raising topics through Forum Theatre (FT) to communities who are interested in this method

The selected candidate will be working under a consultancy contract; length of the contract to be defined and specified based on discussions with selected candidate.
