Safadi Foundation is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Consultant in Developing and review CBT/WBL Curriculums: The successful national candidate will be expected to:
- Provide training content/curricula/field manuals /and information database/TOT/introductory sessions to the assessors, private sectors, staff, and trainers.
The general objective of the consultancy is to develop and review (TBD) a number of vocational training curricula. In the field of nursing and Sewing, conduct TOT sessions for trainers and field workers on the WBL\ CBT approach.

The evaluation consultant will be required to assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability and will have access to
all key stakeholders of the project.

Contracting with, as far as possible, a Service provider to develop and upgrade the existing data management system (DMS) and provide training for the SF team on the software .
