The Grants and MEAL Officer is a full-time position, providing core technical and administrative leadership and sustainability. It plays a critical role in grants proposal writing, development, and reporting, as well as monitoring and evaluating the progress and impact of The A Project’s programs year long. This role is essential in developing and strengthening the organizational MEAL strategy for all activities and operations, measuring effectiveness and guiding The A Project to meet its objectives and identify gaps. They're also expected to provide guidance and support to budget (re)setting.

As our team and membership grows, we are seeking someone who can develop and implement a financial plan, as well as keep track and archive all accounting of the organization. Ideally, this part-time job (30 hrs/week) would be undertaken by someone who is organized, tech savvy, able to plan and manage their own activities, and good at working with external parties (vendors, accountants, lawyers, ministry officials).

We are looking for a full time Lead Researcher to join our team at The A Project. The role includes managing multiple databases, writing annual sexuality hotline research report, developing curricula for reading retreats, conducting literature reviews, finding relevant and politically compatible publishing avenues/ call for papers, and writing papers on sexual and reproductive health and rights within feminist research methodologies. The Lead research will work closely with and report to the Deputy Director.

We are looking for a full time Sexuality Hotline Coordinator to join our team at The A Project. This role requires someone very organized who would be coordinating counselors' shifts, making sure the hotline runs smoothly, evaluating monthly the reach and most pressing issues, conducting regular trainings for counselors, assessing hotline documentation quality, overseeing quality of counseling, conducting annual counselors' assessments, setting an outreach plan, and following up with emergencies. The Sexuality Hotline Coordinator will work closely with the counselors and deputy director.

Ideally, this part-time job (30 hrs/week) would be undertaken by someone who is organized, tech savvy, able to plan and manage their own activities, and good at working with external parties (vendors, accountants, lawyers, ministry officials). The Grants, Finance, and M&E Manager is a full-time position, providing core technical and administrative leadership and sustainability in the areas of grants management and financial management for the program. This position plays a critical role in sustaining as well as monitoring and evaluating the progress and impact of The A Project’s programs. We are especially interested in someone from any educational background - not looking for a finance or banking graduate - who can write well, is interested in gender justice, sexual health and rights, and can think money and budgets!

The Grants, Finance, and M&E Manager is a full-time position, providing core technical and administrative leadership and sustainability in the areas of financial management and grants management for the program. This position plays a critical role in sustaining as well as monitoring and evaluating the progress and impact of The A Project’s programs throughout the year. We are especially interested in someone who has the above-mentioned skills and experience, as well as an interest in working on gender justice and reproductive and sexual health rights.

We are looking for a Digital Communications Officer who shares our vision and passion for social justice and who will bring their experience and knowledge to help us harbor support and portray our vision throughout our different platforms. The role includes providing support for The A Project’s online presence, social media coverage, and audience engagement through the organization’s platforms including website, blog, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Podcast Soundcloud among others. The Digital Communications Officer will work closely with and report to the Coordinator of Knowledge Curation.
