Lot 1: Medications Lot 2: Medical consumables Lot 3: Medical devices

The below items will be purchased by registered Primary health centers (PHCs) in Lebanon.

(PU-AMI remains in charge of the supply chain implementation and control)

NB: The Lot 1 presented above is destined to distributors/drugstores (مستودعات الاوية)

The bidders can apply for one lot or several lot. The selection process will be done for each lot and several companies could therefore be selected.

The main selection criteria for the tender will be:

The price The time of delivery The provided free offers The storage conditions The quality of the own suppliers (المورد او شركة الادوية) providing the medications to the distributor Ability to provide all requested documents (registration documents, certificate of analysis)

Following this process aframework purchase contract will be signedfor one year.

القسم الثاني: مستلزمات طبية

القسم الثالث:أجهزة طبية

إن كافة المواد موضوع هذه المناقصة سيتم شراءها عن طريق مستوصفات رسمية ومسجلة في لبنان

(تكون منظمة الإغاثة الأولية – مساعدة طبية دولية مسؤولة عن مراحل الشراء والتحكم)

ملاحظة:إن القسم الأول من المناقصة موجه لمستودعات الأدوية في لبنان.

يمكن للشركات أن تقدم عرض على قسم واحد أو أكثر من المناقصة. سيتم إختيار شركة لكل قسم فلذلك ممكن أن يتم إختيار أكثر من شركة.

إن المواصفات التي سيتم أخذها بعين الإعتبار للإختيار هي التالية:

- السعر.

- وقت التسليم.

- العروضات المجانية.

- مواصفات التخزين.

- نوعية وأسماء الموردين وشركات الأدوية التي توزع على مستودعات الأدوية. (مصدر الأدوية الرئيسي).

- إمكانية إعطاء الأوراق والبيانات المطلوبة. (أوراق التسجيل، شهادة تحليل).

بعد إختيار الشركات سيتم توقيع عقد إطار لمدة سنة.

تتوفر دفاتر الشروط للمناقصة لدى مكاتب المنظمة التالية:

- المكتب الرئيسي: بيروت، الأشرفية، ساحة ساسين، بناية باراغون، الطابق الثاني.

- مكتب صيدا: صيدا، الوسطاني، بناية سامكو، الطابق الخامس.

- مكتب عكار: حلبا، جانب ميني ماركت العبدالله، خلف عكار بلازا، سنتر زهير، الطابق الثالث.
