Invitation to Tender (ITT)

Oxfam is seeking a creative agency to work on documenting effective strategies and innovative approaches to end Violence against Women and Girls (eVAWG) and GBV developed by women's rights organizations, survivors of VAWG, as well as gender justice activists and innovators, through stories, videos and photographs.

Interested agencies must submit their bids, in two sections (i) Technical Proposal and (ii) Financial proposal. Bids should be received by the deadline, 18 August 2016 at 5:00pm(Lebanon Time) to the address;

Beirut, Lebanon.

The Technical proposals should include:

- A detailed work plan, in-line with the ‘Timeframe section’ in the attached ToR

- The Curriculum Vitae for all experts on the consultancy team

- List of previous projects that are similar and/or relevant to this consultancy in terms of type and scale

- Any other supporting documents, such as the company registration

The Financial proposal should include a general budget and breakdown including consultancy fees.

Oxfam GB Lebanon Program reserves the right to reject any and all bids, including the Bidding processes, or not to award the contract at any time, without thereby incurring liability onto the affected Bidders.
