The Protection & Referrals Focal Point plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and rights of vulnerable individuals, with a particular focus on preventing sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA), promoting gender equality, and safeguarding children and women. He/she will contribute directly to the organization’s mission of upholding human rights and providing support to those in need. This includes creating or modifying urgent and sensitive information about case files, receiving any complaint about the organization’s services, or reporting any incidents. A Protection & Referrals

The accountant holds responsibility for keeping and interpreting financial records and performing financial functions related to the collection, accuracy, analysis, and presentation of the organization's daily financial operations. He/she deals with third parties, such as vendors, donors, and financial institutions when required. The accountant must also have good knowledge of how cash registers operate. He/she is responsible for receiving payments and issuing receipts as well as keeping track of all cash and credit transactions within the organization.

A project manager works closely with the head of programs and leads on designing, planning, implementing, and monitoring activities. He/she manages the administrative tasks, as well as information distribution, report collation, and communication support.

The Finance manager is responsible for managing the financial activities of the organization, including financial analysis and planning, accounting operations and reporting, budgeting and external audits and the admin activities. He/she establishes or improves upon the organization's financial
policies and procedures.

The Referrals and PSEA focal point is considered as the first line of support to community members who need information about shelter, basic assistance, livelihood, and other services provided by Nusaned. This includes creating or modifying urgent and sensitive information about case files, receiving any complaint about the organization’s services, or reporting any incidents including that of sexual exploitation and abuse. The Agricultural Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining the “Crops that Yield” program through applying his/her expertise in agriculture, environmental science, food security, and sustainable growth development on project related activities.

The MEAL & Grants Officer primarily establishes and oversees a functional MEAL system for the project.  He/She communicates with the INGOs and fundraising platforms’ representatives, the identified local NGOs, civil society members, technical advisers, implementing partners and other stakeholders.
