The Life Skills Educator, will handle the responsibility of planning and conducting the Life Skills course to youth between 15 - 24 years old in order for them to develop basic interpersonal skills. Main tasks are:
1. To develop and deliver course plans in line with quality standards, as coordinated with the supervisor.
2. To prepare weekly/monthly work plans and progress report, adhering to quality standards.
3. To cooperate and to work closely with other educators to improve delivery and ensure smooth work process.
4. To track students’ progress, attendance, and prepare back-up plans

Youth non-formal education educators will be working on the provision of education to out of school or at risk of dropping out youth. NRC is addressing the specific needs of those youth who are unable - or not ready - to access formal education by providing them with quality education and skills, thereby enhancing their livelihoods capabilities and enabling them to potentially enrol in further education channels.

The Gender Advisor will provide technical advice and support to NRC and its partner members under the Haretna Consortium, taking a technical leadership so that gender is fully mainstreamed throughout NRC's project cycle and all Consortium's activities.

The Gender Advisor will train and support stakeholders on key gender issues, promoting safe and gender inclusive programming in the way that NRC, but especially the Haretna Consortium in the first year of contract, responds to the needs of men, women, boys and girls in all their diversity.

The Safe and Inclusive Programming Specialist is a key part of the Country Office Programme Unit and works closely with the management, programme teams, area offices, and field teams.

The Specialist will primarily be responsible for the roll out and institutionalisation of the NRC’s SIP toolkit and standards within all Lebanon programmes and support departments and will provide advice on humanitarian principles and protection mainstreaming issues in relation to NRC Lebanon’s current and planned areas of activities.
