The purpose of the Procurement Officer position is the day-to-day implementation of the Procurement related responsibilities. The position holder will be responsible for the effective delivery of procurement services in order to obtain the best value for money, through a collaborative, quality and results-oriented approach in accordance with the set policies and procedures, guidelines, and practices.

The Finance Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day to day implementation of financial procedures in Lebanon by ensuring adherence to NRC’s policies and donor requirements.

The Education officer is responsible of the implementation of education activities within the Bekaa area.

A senior Project/Programme Manager and/or Adviser in a humanitarian/recovery context with proven technical expertise and strategy development experience in international human rights and refugee law, protection principles and access to justice issues.

Previous experience in ICLA related interventions and knowledgeable about the Lebanon context and Syria response especially on HLP matters is preferred. Great analytical and writing skills with proven capability in training and capacity development.
This position is open to candidates who have the legal right to work in Lebanon.

Database & ICT Assistant provides technical support to NRC staff, ensuring the effective use of ICT systems and resolving any related issues. They assist in implementing ICT policies, managing software applications, and maintaining hardware infrastructure. The role involves daily management of the Shelter/WASH database, ensuring data accuracy, and generating relevant reports in line with NRC standards. Additionally, the assistant works closely with the Shelter/WASH teams, contributing to data analysis and reporting, while also supporting staff training and promoting adherence to ICT procedures

Strong logistics management experience within the humanitarian sector, with a strategic outlook and analytical capability. Must possess strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills as well as strong negotiation and people management capacity.

The Shelter and WASH Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day implementation of the Shelter program in Beirut and Mount Lebanon, through carrying out quality technical assessments and technical follow-up, eligibility and vulnerability assessments, and reporting accordingly.
