We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Consultant to join our team on the ground in Lebanon. The consultant will be instrumental in providing psychological support and designing mental health interventions for individuals affected by the ongoing crisis, including migrant workers, families, and communities impacted by displacement and the emergency situation.

The PSS facilitator provides MHPSS services to beneficiaries, and implement individual ang groups interventions. They will be working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and proper follow up on beneficiaries.

The Senior MEAL officer will be responsible for collection and documentation of monitoring and evaluation information. In addition, s/he will be responsible for ensuring high quality and timely inputs, and for ensuring that the projects maintain their strategic vision and that all activities result in the achievement of the intended outputs in a cost effective and timely manner. S/he will do the data collection, analysis, and learning activities to help ensure accountability and efficiency from start to finish for all programs and projects.

The MEAL Officer will be assisting the MEAL team in collecting data for surveys/FGDs/KIIs and documenting of monitoring and evaluation information. S/he will assist in the data collection, analysis, report writing, and learning activities to help ensure accountability, quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and relevance from start to finish for all programs and projects. S/he will conduct regular monitoring field visits to the projects’ sites.

S/he will be reporting to the Senior MEAL Officer.
