The purpose of the post is to assist the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Programme Coordinator in project formulation, monitoring and reporting of projects, and capacity building activities conducted by MAP and partners in the frame of the UNICEF-supported “Strengthening Community-Based Child Protection, Gender Based Violence interventions, and Psychosocial Support in Palestinian Camps and Gatherings in Lebanon” referred hereafter as the MHPSS project.

Provide home-based health screening, health care and health advice to mothers and infants up to 1 year of age. The post holder will be responsible for managing their own caseload. They will be expected to make complex autonomous clinical decisions regarding patient care with support and supervision from clinical lead.

MAP is looking for an experienced Finance and Partner Support Officer- Support the management of MAP’s financial programme in Lebanon and its partner organisations in accordance with organisational priorities.

Ideally candidates will have a formal accountancy qualification from a recognised accountancy body (ACCA, ICMA, ACA) and be fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic. It is also important that the candidate can relate to the Palestinian cause and has the ability to move within the refugee camps in Lebanon to visit and support partner organisations.

Position: Project Monitoring and Reporting Officer
Objective of the position: To assist MAP’s MHPSS Project Coordinator with project monitoring and reporting tasks, in line with MAP and donor’s standards, guidelines and reporting requirements

The MHPSS Technical Support consultant will provide onsite, regional and central coaching, follow up and support to the staff of MAP’s implementing partners. The MHPSS Technical Support consultant will provide support through coaching and mentoring to the staff of MAP’s partners, and to ensure that activities are implemented according to Minimum standards, Child Protection and SGBV SOPs, ensure that MAP’s SGBV & PSS specialized interventions are delivered at the required quality and reporting gaps in capacity building needs to program management.
