Management Systems International (MSI), a Tetra Tech company, a sub-awardee to Counterpart International, Inc. under the Lebanon BALADI CAP Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks applications from Lebanese Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) who operate under, or wish to operate under, the three priority advocacy areas (Environment Protection and Solid Waste Management; Human Rights; and Good Governance and Accountability). This RFA aims to bring potential applicants together to generate ideas, form local groups, and competitively award grants to those with relevant and realistic proposals accepted by MSI and USAID.
