Under Quest, LWR Lebanon project is searching for a project evaluation consultant / content creator that will conduct the real-time evaluation of Quest project to determine what the project has achieved, what worked, what did not, were the tools effective, relevant and efficient in tackling in achieving the program’s objectives? How did the project adapt to the challenges and to the local context and what could be done in the future to attain these objectives effectively and efficiently and how to sustain the program’s successful interventions?

The mentorship program is part of the Quest Program, which links women entrepreneurs with experienced mentors for guidance and support. The mentorship program aims to enhance the financial literacy skills of women entrepreneurs by providing them with 6 one-on-one session, a mix of virtual and in-person meetings, and one mandatory workplace visit. The mentors will specialize in financial literacy for micro and small women-led enterprises and will be responsible for assessing the mentees' progress and linking them with relevant resources in their business sector.

The consultant will capture, through photos and film, key events and activities from Lutheran World Relief’s (LWR) WGDP. The consultant will also serve as Arabic – English translator and production assistant for an LWR videographer charged with producing 4 short videos to capture the project and three success stories from a selection of 15 project participants.
The consultant will accompany LWR’s videographer in-person. Before LWR’s videographer arrives in Lebanon, the consultant will have an online meeting and plan filming of content.

Under the supervision of the Deputy Programs Director, the W-GDP: EWLFL is searching for an impact assessment consultant that will conduct the evaluation of EWLFL in order to determine what the project has achieved, what worked, what did not, and why.
To ensure accountability, EWLFL will hire the consultant to evaluate the project and its interventions for relevance, effectiveness, impact and sustainability .The evaluation will compare outcomes against baseline and targets using both quantitative and qualitative data.

W-GDP: EWLFL project is seeking a Businesses Trade/ exhibition Planner to promote Lebanese women-led enterprises which can reinforce their sales generation and allow them to scale up. The objective of the exhibition is to raise awareness and visibility, create opportunities to those women and support them,
attract new clients, investors, educate potential customers about the products and services the MSMEs have to offer.
Another purpose of the exhibition is for the women entrepreneurs to network with multiple stakeholders within the sector.

The W-GDP: EWLFL project is seeking a professional service provider who can design/develop from scratch a web directory (dynamic/static, application/web based) to promote Lebanese women-led enterprises which can stimulate and reinforce their sales. The objective of the website is to raise awareness and visibility to those enterprises to create opportunities to those women and support them in becoming successful entrepreneurs.

The mentorship is part of the W-GDP: EWLFL Program and it will link women entrepreneurs with other female mentors during solidarity networks events, for mentorship and guidance. Mentorships are vertical relationships with experienced women entrepreneurs offering guidance to less experienced women entrepreneurs. It will also develop a structured schedule of mentor meetings, both one-on-one confidential sessions as well as local mixers where women can meet up. These are important because they help to build supportive networks of mentors not only in meetings, but on an as-needed basis.

The Mentor Coordinator will be an advisor to the WGDP mentors hired by this program where each mentor will have to work with approximately 3 to 5 mentees during the three mentoring cycles, on an average of 10 mentees for the whole mentorship period. Mentorship will be in line with the overall vision and goals of W-GDP: EWLFL project. The mentorship relationship can be conducted using blended approach (virtually and in- person) where the mentor and the mentees are expected to meet twice in person during the solidarity network events.
