ماذا نريد؟
يبحث المرصد عن محرر أو محررة بدوام جزئي، لتغطية قضايا الحماية والعدالة الاجتماعيين، والقضايا النقابية والعمالية ومسألة العمل وظروفه.
تتناول قضية العمل في لبنان من جوانب متعددة، سواء من ناحية واقع النقابات بأشكالها المختلفة نقابات تقليدية ومعاصرة ولجان عمالية...، أو المؤسسات الحكومية والمؤسسات ذات المنفعة العامة ودورها كوزارة العمل، والمؤسسة الوطنية للاستخدام، والصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماع، أو ظروف العمل للفئات العمالية الأكثر هشاشة كالعمال والعاملات غير اللبنانيين، والمسألة الجندرية في مكان العمل، وقضايا الأشخاص المعوقين.

يبحث المرصد عن صحافيين أو خبراء للمشاركة في اعداد مواد مكتوبة تنقل ظروف العمل وتوصف واقعه. التحقيقات تتناول قضية العمل في لبنان من جوانب متعددة، سواء من ناحية واقع النقابات بأشكالها المختلفة نقابات تقليدية ومعاصرة ولجان عمالية...، أو المؤسسات الحكومية والمؤسسات ذات المنفعة العامة ودورها كوزارة العمل، والمؤسسة الوطنية للاستخدام، والصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماع، أو ظروف العمل للفئات العمالية الأكثر هشاشة كالعمال والعاملات غير اللبنانيين، والمسألة الجندرية في مكان العمل، وقضايا الأشخاص المعوقين.

The main outcome of the required service is to improve working conditions and accessible decent job opportunities in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bekaa by assessing the decent working conditions and delivering appropriate action plans for improvement accompanied by guidance and awareness.
