The Lebanese Observatory for Workers & Employees Rights (LWRO) intends to award a Consultancy Service for SAFE project. One Senior and Four regional workers-rights Observers (for individuals only).

The Lebanese Observatory for Workers & Employees Rights, an independent non-governmental organization, aims at evaluating and developing its digital strategy, presence and impact; there is a huge need to maximize the reach and to increase the number of services provision beneficiaries, to develop a digital strategy and to build interconnected digital platforms accessible and users friendly.

LOWER is looking for a specialized company to support LOWER in technically designing and developing Web-based open-access interactive virtual youth platform that has the following roles:

- Empower youth by giving access to our e-learning tools
- Inspire youth community in formulizing a clear vision for their involvement
- Involve youth in co-building process with policymakers, integrating their rights in the political debate & concrete actions

A policy brief on " women at work" is to be prepared under the project titled “Promotion of decent work and sustainable business development in Bekaa, Lebanon", with the support of the European Regional Development and Protection Programme for Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq (RDPP II), Oxfam and partners Legal Agenda (LA) and Lebanese Observatory for Workers and Employees’ Rights (LOWER) is implementing in Lebanon.
