• Islamic Relief Lebanon office (IRL) is a humanitarian INGO and one of IRW’s field offices dedicated to alleviating poverty and suffering in Lebanon. Islamic Relief first started working in Lebanon in 2006, providing those affected by the Lebanon war with food, clean water and essential household items.
After the conflict, we continued working in Lebanon with focus on Food Security, WASH, Health, Shelter & NFIs, Livelihood and Education.

Islamic Relief believes that all children have a right to personal dignity and protection from abuse and it recognizes the special responsibility and duty of care it bears to create a safe environment for children within the projects and programs it manages and supports. The interests of child safety and protection should be paramount to any other interest which might compromise it.

We are requesting an educational mobile unit for the education team with their educational equipment’s, to move across TRIPOLI and its suburbs. The mobile unit will be operating over 3 months.

The outbreak of coronavirus coupled with the economic recession, have had a detrimental impact on the Lebanese educational sector. The Education division within IRL built this proposal based on the needs of non-formal educational centers, shelters, students, teachers and parents, to help them by providing educational, hygiene kits, recreational activities, training and awareness sessions to all beneficiaries, and helping the most vulnerable ones by providing them with hygiene kits.
