Insan Association, founded in 1998, acts to protect and promote the rights of the most marginalized individuals, families and children living in Lebanon – such as refugees, migrant workers, asylum seekers, stateless people and Lebanese – without discrimination of any kind, such as ethnicity nationality, gender, social origins, religion and political or other affiliations.

Insan Association - Defending Human Rights is a Lebanese non-profit organization, established in 1998, protecting and promoting the rights of the most marginalized individuals, families and children living in Lebanon, without discrimination of any kind, such as ethnicity, nationality, gender, social origins, religion and political or other affiliations.

We are looking for creative and flexible art trainers to join our team of educators in the following fields:
-Accessories making
-Glass painting
-Recycling
-Wood painting
-Soap making
-Making reeds baskets

The Psychologist role is to ensure quality implementation of organization’s Psychosocial counselling part of the Project and ensure liaison with communities, all cluster, and humanitarian organization.

The primary responsibility of the Personal Assistant is to assist in managing the daily work of the Chairperson and make sure it is completed on time. He/she is also required to shoulder additional responsibilities if required.

The MEAL officer will be working under the supervision of the MEAL supervisor to whom he/she will be reporting. He/she will be required to attend 16 hours (2 full days), either physically at the office or working from home in case of lockdown or any other similar circumstances. The MEAL officer will be handling data concerning INSAN beneficiaries, therefore he/she should understand and respect the ethics of confidentiality. The MEAL officer should be responsive and flexible.

Social workers support individuals and their families through difficult times and ensure that vulnerable people, including children and adults, are safeguarded from harm. Their role is to help improve outcomes in people's lives.

The Advocacy and International Relations Supervisor is responsible oversee advocacy work at the global and regional levels, oversee the work of the Research and Advocacy department, and build relationships with different stakeholders including civil society, governments and the UN system to advance organizational goals and objectives.  

The lawyer/Project Coordinator at Insan Association will be working with the most marginalized individuals in Lebanon; most notably migrant workers and their children, refugees, stateless people and other marginalized Lebanese and will have the following tasks:
- Legal Counseling
- Legal Representation
- Preparing Legal files on a case by case basis
- Group Counseling
- Legal Research

The project Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of INSAN project activities and providing support and guidance to the team working on the project. He/she is also responsible for monitoring the project for quality and effectiveness.
