The Outreach Team Member will play a vital role in connecting with and providing services to vulnerable populations in Beirut and Mount Lebanon regions. This position involves distribution activities and facilitating psychosocial support (PSS) sessions as well as raising mental health awareness. Team members will work under the guidance of the Head of Operations & Communications to implement outreach strategies and ensure the effective delivery of services.

The Procurement Officer is responsible for managing the acquisition of goods and services for the organization. This role involves ensuring that procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. The Procurement Officer will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Position Title: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer
Location: Beirut, Lebanon
Reports To: Head of Operations & Communications
Contract Type: Consultancy
Duration: 5-6 months

Position Summary

The MEAL Officer will be responsible for ensuring that effective systems are in place to monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance and impact of the organization’s programs. The role involves designing data collection tools, analyzing data, promoting accountability, and fostering learning to improve programming and ensure quality standards.

We are seeking a Social Media and Content Creator to manage and enhance our organization’s online presence while ensuring effective communication with our target audiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, and driving communication efforts to promote and strengthen IDRAAC’s mission, activities, and brand presence.

The Project Officer plans, implements, and monitors designated projects, requiring strong project management skills and effective communication. Responsibilities include executing project activities, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication, managing data, and ensuring quality standards. Qualifications include a degree in project management, business, or a related field, experience in project coordination, organizational skills, proficiency in project management software, and a passion for the organization's mission.

The Procurement Officer manages the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, managing procurement processes, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications include a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields, 3 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, proficiency in procurement software, and excellent communication abilities.

The role involves reviewing and analyzing project implementation, assessing activity effectiveness, and making recommendations. Responsibilities include preparing monitoring tools, analyzing data, and preparing MEAL plans and reports. Qualifications include a degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or relevant fields, 3 years of M&E experience in humanitarian or development sectors, evaluation experience, community research experience, proficiency in English and Arabic, and strong relationship management skills
