The Project Coordinator is part of the Social Peace Unit that is entrusted with supporting the development of community-based initiatives.
S/He will Lead the development of community-based initiatives in alignment with the framework established by FSGT in Palestine.
Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring they adhere to the foundation set by FSGT, fostering collaboration in the process.
Collaborate with team members to build upon the foundation provided by FSGT, creating a shared basis for our collective work.

The conflict sensitivity Co-Trainer is part of the program team and the CS Unit that is entrusted with advancing the principles of conflict sensitivity and mainstreaming it within HOPe and with HOPe’s partners. The officer will be a CS co-trainer supporting in delivering and facilitating CS trainings, taking care of the procurement procedures, and preparing trainings’ reports.

The Executive Director is overseeing HOPe activities in close coordination with the support team. The Director’s major responsibility is ensuring the development and sustainability of the organization and its programs. The Director is responsible for supporting and accompanying HOPe team to strengthen and solidify a self-managed, self-empowering, and self-motivating structure, culture, and operating procedures. The Director is responsible also for facilitating with HOPe team the processes of capacity building, performance appraisal, conflict resolution, and recruitment

Job Brief:

The HR officer is part of the support team that is entrusted with supporting and overseeing HOPe HR system and procedures. The HR officer is responsible to ensure that HOPe culture and values are preserved and advanced.
