The HR Officer plays a supportive role in the implementation of human resource policies, recruitment processes, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The role is designed for someone looking to develop professionally in the HR field by assisting with various HR functions in line with labour laws and organizational objectives.

The Logistics Officer is responsible for managing all warehousing, distribution, fleet, and asset operations to provide seamless logistics support for HAND Organization. Key duties include maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing fleet maintenance, managing driver schedules, tracking assets, and regularly reporting to the commanding officer. He/She will coordinate closely with program teams to support supply distribution and ensure compliance with HAND’s organizational policies. This role requires efficient collaboration with the operations and finance departments.

To lead the management and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient system operations, data integrity, and seamless integration of platforms like ODOO and Microsoft 365. The role also involves designing advanced IT solutions, implementing cybersecurity measures, and supporting the digital transformation initiatives of the organization.

The Education Officer will play a critical role in the implementation and monitoring of education activities under the education projects. The officer will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that all educational initiatives meet the project's objectives and adhere to the highest quality standards, contributing to the overall success of the program.

The Basic Assistance Officer will oversee and implement activities related to basic assistance program, ensuring timely and effective delivery of aid to beneficiaries. This includes coordinating distributions, managing beneficiary data, and liaising with stakeholders to meet program objectives.

The Media Officer will primarily handle administrative tasks within the office, coordinating photography and videography operations, managing communication flows between departments, and ensuring accurate documentation of media activities.

The Shelter Coordinator will lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of shelter projects in Lebanon, ensuring technical and humanitarian standards. Responsibilities include managing shelter interventions for displaced communities, overseeing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery. The role involves technical guidance, coordination with partners and local authorities, compliance with donor requirements, and proposal development. The Coordinator will collaborate with WASH, protection, and livelihoods sectors, and ensure adherence to HAND’s Child Protection and Gender Equality policies.
