Individual Consultancy: Developing an e-learning toolkit for platform delivery workers

This call is to contract a marketing/communication service provider who will develop and implement a marketing strategy for the final product.

Project 21 (P21) is an initiative managed by Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung. The main goal of P21 is to develop and disseminate a serious game on civic education topics such as active citizenship, civic participation, good governance, elections, global citizenship. The game also includes components of Social and Emotional Learning. The game is to be designed for youth in the MENA Region.

The main reason of the proposed assignment is to draft a series of articles which analyze the Covid-19 pandemic from a wider angle than the immediate health concerns.

The main reason of the proposed assignment is to carry out an in-depth study into the current situation of labor unions in Lebanon, in the aftermath of the October 17 uprising.
The outcome of the study will be used for the following purposes:
• Obtain a holistic view of the situation of labor unions in Lebanon.
• Publish all, or sections, of the study with full credits to the author and supporting team.
• Tailor FES’ strategy of support to labor unions in the upcoming period based on the issued recom-mendations.

The McKinsey plan for Lebanon was finally published to the general public, for this reason FES is looking for economic experts or companies to conduct the following:
1- To conduct a summary on the main aspects of the McKinsey plan
2- To present an assessment of the plan from a socio- democratic approach
3- To identify key main points of demands for political and civil society organization and possible solutions for the raised problems
4- To present the findings in a meeting with the relevant stakeholders
5- To present the findings in a national conference
