FHI 360 seeks a qualified national candidate to serve as the Senior Team Leader, Civil Society Strengthening, responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall quality assurance of capacity strengthening interventions and related grants. S/he provides technical oversight and day-to-day management of the design and delivery of capacity strengthening activities and ensures timely submission of quality deliverables, products, and services; establishes technical frameworks, approaches, tools, and activities; and contributes best practices to FHI 360 capacity strengthening initiatives

Reporting to the Human Resources & Office manager, the Program & Operations Assistant will provide support to the project team, including but not limited to logistical and operational support, procurement and purchasing, as well as knowledge management and data entry, as well as logistics for online and in-person events.
