The Project Coordinator with a focus on Awareness and Outreach is responsible for managing and coordinating Embrace’s projects, emphasizing awareness and outreach activities. This role involves overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while organizing and executing impactful community outreach initiatives to diverse communities. The position requires expertise in project management and the ability to design and deliver awareness and outreach sessions tailored to diverse populations and communities.

The Communications Coordinator is responsible for the online and offline community of Embrace and that includes and is not restricted to social media platforms, events, photoshoots, website, communication material production, campaigns implementation, and reports. The Communications Coordinator works in close coordination with the Managing Director, Creative, and other Embrace departments.

The MEAL Officer's primary role is to manage information and reporting processes to ensure clear, high-quality communication about Embrace’s program activities and impact. They play an essential role in improving information management and data quality to strengthen knowledge sharing and learning across the organization. Working closely with the Research Manager, the MEAL Officer will develop and apply methodologies and tools to collect relevant data. This position will focus on identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including corporations, foundations, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. The officer will collaborate closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to expand Embrace’s reach, secure funding, and enhance its impact in the mental health sector.

The Procurement & Logistics Officer is responsible for managing the supplies and services essential for the organization to effectively carry out its mental health programs. This role involves sourcing goods, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating deliveries. Additionally, the Procurement and Logistics Officer collaborates with various departments to meet operational needs and optimize logistics, ensuring that the organization runs smoothly while maintaining cost efficiency.
