We invite you to apply for the assessment of the "Transmitting expertise and nurturing growth for youth and emerging artists through Theatre" project in Beirut, Lebanon. Collaborate with DROSOS FOUNDATION and Zoukak Theater to evaluate and improve the project's impact. Application details available in the Terms of Reference (ToR).

The main purpose of the assignment is to conduct a reflection and learnings research study elaborating on the impact and challenges of the Lebanon Solidarity Fund. The study will inform on the results of such an intervention on individual organisations and on the eco-system.

The Lebanon Programme of DROSOS FOUNDATION is seeking the support of a consultant with the purpose of conducting an ongoing evaluation and mentoring support for the project “Mobilization, involvement and change for youth to strive in the South of Lebanon” which is being implemented in South Lebanon. The details of the assignment are included in the attached Terms of Reference.

To expand its pool of financial consultants in Lebanon, the Foundation is looking for

Temporary Freelance Work as Junior Finance Consultant

The Freelance Junior Finance Consultant shall be working on a part-time basis upon demand, around 3-5 working days per month, and will be remunerated based on commission. The Consultant shall be based in Lebanon and be ready to travel within the country to the partners’ offices; as a freelancer the selected candidate is responsible for her/his health insurance and transportation.

The capacity building and organizational development process of DROPS Lebanon is
supported by the Drosos Foundation that aims for this purpose to hire an experienced and
Lebanon-based external consultant. The consultant is expected to plan and implement the 12-
months process and act as a coach/mentor mainly for DROPS Lebanon’s senior management
and admin and finance staff.
The process shall provide DROPS with the opportunity to thoroughly reflect on its strength
and weaknesses and the options and measures to be taken to become a sustainable
organization.
