Under direct supervision of the Country Representative and Project Manager, the Community Mobilizer will be responsible for working at community level to support the correct implementation of the project activities of the project "Makani AID012590/03/8". The Community Mobilizer will be primarily field based (in the Mount Lebanon governorate with travels in North and Akkar governorates) and will work closely with the Project Manager and the other project staff.

Under direct supervision of the Country Representative and Project Manager, the Gender Expert will be responsible for leading gender-sensitive research and developing strategies to promote gender equality and social inclusion for the project "Makani AID012590/03/8". The Gender Expert will work closely with other team members to ensure that gender perspectives are integrated into all aspects of the projects. The Gender Expert will be based in Beirut and will be required travels to COSPE’s areas of Intervention (Mount Lebanon, North and Akkar governorates) on regular basis.

Under direct supervision of the Country Representative and Project Manager, the MEAL Officer supports the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning activities of COSPE. The Officer contributes to overall program quality through the implementation of MEAL strategies and applying tools that enhance the effectiveness of COSPE’s projects. The Officer will work closely with partners in the implementation sites, providing capacity building/coaching sessions . The MEAL Officer will be based in Beirut and will be required frequent travels to COSPE’s areas (Mount Lebanon, North and Akkar)

Project overview:

The project aims at contributing to the territorial development of the Union of the Municipalities of Jurd el Kaytee by reducing the environmental impact linked to the production and management of urban solid waste via a strengthening of the collection, separation and disposal services, through awareness raising campaign, capacity building and technical interventions.

The Professional Videographer will be responsible for supply video production in order to support the ISNAD initiative in Lebanon in the field of gender equality and women empowerment

The Focal Point/Communication Officer will be responsible for working at community level to
support the correct implementation of the project activities; S/He will work closely with the
Project Manager and the other project staff.
