The Lebanon Community Support Program (CSP) under its Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Component, Task Order 3, is seeking an expert to support its University Partnership Unit in formulating the sustainability plan for CSP's Internship Program and developing a conceptual framework for a firm or company to oversee the administration of the "Internship Fund", established by CSP and USAID.

The Lebanon Community Support Program (CSP), as part of its Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Component, Task Order 3, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced trainer or expert to conduct a two-hour training session. The aim is to equip CSP's COOP beneficiaries with essential skills and knowledge for effectively managing exhibition booths, improving customer interaction, and increasing sales.

The CLA specialist will conduct a CLA assessment on CSP’s investments in the “Livelihoods” and “Solar Energy” sectors. The CLA specialist is expected to document and report on how CSP teams have conceived of and designed livelihoods and solar energy projects and how the teams have collaboratively learned and adapted implementation to contextual realities. The assessment is to provide Chemonics and USAID with lessons learned on livelihoods and solar energy project design, implementation, and adaptations.

As part of its tourism intervention, the Lebanon Agriculture and Rural Empowerment (ARE) Activity is supporting local rural tourism service providers in developing experiential tourism packages in various areas. These service providers need good storytelling skills to showcase their unique experiences and create an emotional connection with their guests. Thus, ARE is seeking a Storytelling Expert to provide targeted support to conduct a situational and gap analysis for these service providers to determine the needed improvement in terms of their narratives and their storytelling skills.

The Lebanon Agriculture and Rural Empowerment (ARE) program is supporting multiple tourism and hospitality MSMEs and is seeking targeted technical advisory and support to conduct coaching sessions on hospitality management best practices, focusing on F&B Services, Accommodation Services, Visitor Management, Customer Relation Services, and Quality Control.
The hospitality management specialist will closely follow up on the coaching sessions design and delivery with ARE team.

Reporting to the TO 5 Director, the Wastewater Management Program Coordinator will manage and coordinate logistics of programmatic activities and provide overall administrative support for all procurement and financial related tasks under CSP’s wastewater management component. The coordinator will liaise with CSP’s operations/finance, MEL, grants, subcontracts, and procurement teams to facilitate the delivery of wastewater management technical activities in a way that is consistent and compliant with established operational best practices.

The Lebanon Agriculture and Rural Empowerment (ARE) program is undertaking a number of interventions that include a solar system component or other distribution of electro-mechanical equipment. ARE is seeking an electrical engineer STTA(s) to support with multiple tasks in conducting in depth evaluation of applications for food processing companies seeking to lower their fuel consumption and/or optimize their energy usage. Conduct technical due diligence visits/site assessments and develop detailed site assessment reports for potential assistance recipients. Provide technical support.

The Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) is a key member of CSP’s senior management team, responsible for overseeing a wide range of operational and cross-cutting technical functions, while also serving as an advisor and sounding board to the Chief of Party. The DCOP oversees a number of support departments to ensure the sound functioning of the program and delivery of CSP’s technical interventions, including but not limited to operations (logistics, IT, and security); finance and accounting; human resources; and subawards management (procurement, grants, and subcontracts).

The Human Resources (HR) Specialist is a support position on the Lebanon ARE project. The main responsibilities of this position include assisting the Senior Administration and Human Resources Manager with personnel hiring, onboarding, personnel filing, and paperwork. As a member of the Operations team, the HR Specialist will report to the Senior Administration and HR Manager or HR Specialist who shall be responsible for coordinating his/her assignments and supervising his/her work.
