Job definition
The program coordinator will be participating in the planning of program and services projects. S/he will be organizing and monitoring the implementation of project activities within time and budget frames and coordinating the efforts of involved staff, consultants and volunteers. Reporting and documentation are part of her/his main responsibilities.

To organize and supervise archiving all files, documents, inventories, checklists and related documentation.

To organize and supervise the organization’s stakeholders’ database management

To participate in organizing and supervising procurement, bidding, facility management processes including warehouse, maintenance and supportive projects

Oversee overall implementation of the project(s) in accordance with the project proposals, ensuring objectives are met within the required time frame and budget.

Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. (including: outcomes and performance indicators, project schedules, work hours, budget lines, propose action plan)

The prevention agent will be participating in the planning, development and implementation of the prevention activities at various levels.

1-Organizes and supervises the center’s community framework and administrative duties, including coordination between center staff, work schedules, recording and reporting systems, maintaining residential facilities, residents’ life and care services
2-Organizes the rehabilitation residential program and its detailed execution through supervising daily rehabilitation activities (sessions, workshops, trainings and all residents’ activities)
