CARE is one of the world’s largest humanitarian organizations fighting global poverty, working in more
than 70 countries around the world. With more than 65 years of experience and long-term presence in
many of the world’s poorest and most vulnerable countries.
CARE first established a mission in Lebanon in 2006 and in April 2013 further enhanced its presence in
Lebanon to address needs of the refugee population and host communities due to the current situation.
The purpose of this Call for Tenders is to solicit competitive offers for Car Rental Service Agreement.

The service provider will be asked to create a conflict sensitive market analysis in North Lebanon on pre-identified sectors. The market analyst will target especially Micro and Small enterprises and will report back to them on structural challenges and market opportunities on the local, national and regional levels.

been mainly responding to the Syria crisis, but now shifting to a new strategic direction. At this stage it is of the utmost importance that we start exploring more effective business models, but also
organizational structures that would support our programmatic operations to deliver services to those in need.

CARE International in Lebanon (CIL) announces the launch of the expression of interest call. Therefore, CIL is inviting existing partners and prospective Organizations working in the humanitarian and developmental fields to express their interest in forging a partnership with CIL to potentially collaborate in the framework of its current and upcoming programming in Lebanon including the co-development of proposals to pursue new funding opportunities. CIL in its turn will ensure the highest standards of fairness, transparency and objectivity in the selection process.
