arche noVa is looking to hire a consultant for conducting resilience analysis, gender analysis and peace and conflict assessment

arche noVa – Initiative for People in Need is an internationally operating, registered aid organization from Germany. Ever since its beginning in 1992, arche noVa supports people who live in unstable situations caused by crisis, conflicts or natural catastrophes. Be it in fast emergency aid missions, rehabilitation / reconstruction projects or long-term development cooperation operations – arche noVa works with local partners and involves the beneficiaries from the start, always following the organization ‘s fundamental principle: helping people to help themselves.

In line with arche noVa project “Strengthen resilience of refugees from Syria and their host communities to current and future challenges and risks related to socio-economic crises in Lebanon.” funded by the BMZ UH we are looking for a consultant experienced in developing different approaches for community involvement and in organization of an Art of Hosting-Workshop in Tripoli.

In Lebanon, arche noVa is registered from registered under No. 5693, Date: 01/10/2019, having its office in Tripoli, Corniche El Mina, in front of Dado Land and above Fadi Mabsout sweet, 2nd floor.

As NSSF does not provide 100% medical coverage, and to make sure that our employees are hospitalized in case of any injury or any other kind of sickness (during and outside working hours), we are requesting to sign an insurance contract to cover the medical and workmen compensation for the employees.

The current number of employees at the mission is 4 employees. Kindly note that this number may vary, hence we would apricate if you can give offer for the min 3 employees and maximum 6. If this is not possible kindly provide offer for the 4 employees in annex 3.
