The American Lebanese Language Center in Sin El Fil (ALLC) is an independent education institution registered in Lebanon. It has been in operation for more than 20 years providing high-quality education, training and capacity building services. ALLC has been implementing educational programs across Lebanon for the past 15 years, working collaboratively with international and national organizations and the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education, in both a technical and implementing capacity.

USAID’s “Quality Instruction towards Access and Basic Education Improvement” (QITABI 2) is a five-year program seeking to improve learning outcomes for all students in public primary schools in Lebanon. Its activity targets an estimated 200,000 girls and boys, including those who are registered in second shifts of public schools.

ALLC has an immediate vacancy for its Beirut-based French language “Social and Emotional Learning Specialist” – SEL Specialist for the USAID-funded Quality Instruction towards Access and Basic Education Improvement (QITABI II) in Lebanon.

The Support Assistant will assist and support the technical staff in their day-to-day activities. They will also be responsible for the duplication and filing of the program materials following the guidelines and the instructions provided by the technical staff.

The M&E and Data Manager will be responsible for the design and implementation of the projects’ Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems and processes in close coordination with technical and programmatic staff.
Additionally, the Manager will provide technical support and lead in areas of evaluation, data collection and analysis, communication and other project-level M&E-related deliverables.

The Senior Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering teaching and training materials in both an adult and young learners learning approach. In addition, they will be monitoring the technical implementation of the program and reporting on it.
