ASSIGNMENT
Under the overall guidance of the Country Logistics Manager, the Logistics intern is responsible of supporting the Logistics department in the following (contacting suppliers, assets follow ups, communication/IT, stock/Warehouse and movement facilities for staff in ACTED area of intervention.)

In close cooperation with consortium partners, the Consortium Coordinator ensures that the consortium’s project implementation according to the approved proposal and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the donor. The Consortium Coordinator facilitates close and effective coordination and collaboration between consortium partners, ensures high quality documentation of the project activities and ensures that project results are achieved.

The Accountability Assistant contributes to improving the quality of REACH’s Multi-Sectoral Needs Assessment (MSNA) through the accurate registration and timely follow up of any feedback/complaints formulated as part of MSNA’s Complaints and Response Mechanism (CRM) under ACTED CRM structure. The Accountability Assistant will need to be neutral and establish mechanisms that are based on ACTED procedures and reflect the highest integrity standards, which (non)-beneficiaries can trust.
