Whilst fully respecting the assisted populations’ customs and culture, SolidaritesInternational’s programmes are implemented through the joint expertise of around 180 expatriates and 1500 local managerial staff and employees. Solidarites International is currently present in Africa (Central African Republic, South Sudan, Kenya, Somalia, Mali, Niger, Mauritania, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast), in Asia (Afghanistan, Thailand, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Pakistan), in the Middle East (Syria and Lebanon) and in Haiti.



Under the supervision of the team leader, the distribution officer will organize, manage and implement distribution to beneficiaries, in keeping with Solidarités procedures and standards


List of main tasks:

  • Maintain updated program databases
  • Maintain updated location maps for Solidarités International activities
  • Check the monthly reporting database provided by the programs
  • Update the activity info in monthly bases
  • Extract and crosscheck the uploaded data with the existing data base
  • Daily update of SASIL (SI-online database).
  • Follow up and update online referrals with the Halba departments and feedback on SASIL.
  • Communicate with the Hotline-Tripoli for external and internal referrals.
  • Enter data provided into the appropriate software
  • Support teams in the processing of information and data gathered
  • File and back up information and data
  • Produce and provide the data and information requested by the program teams

Line manager: Program Manager


Technical experience in Data base management and an Advanced level in Excel & Access is a must.

Professional experience & skills:


- Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access

- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

- Management skills 


- Knowledge of Akkar 

Experience required: Education degree: Bachelor Degree Field of education:
Arabic: Fluent English: Very Good French:
Period: Until the end of December 2017 renewable upon funds and needs
Salary: 1160 USD as a basic salary
