Arabic Layout In Already Existing English Indesign Files

We are in the process of ongoing development on new documents We do layout first with the English version. So the task is dropping the Arabic translation into the given layout using Arabic InDesign We would provide the Arabic content in a Word document We currently have 8 documents ready for Arabic layout that vary in size from approximately 2 to 40 pages Additional documents would be forthcoming for layout as the translations and layout in English are competed Attached is a copy of one of the documents to give an idea of the layout. We want 4 PDF versions for each document: A4 low resolution (web ) and high resolution (print), and USA letter size (web) and high (print) We would review each layout for errors prior to accepting the products

Preferably, offers’ rates should be by page, since it is an ongoing project, and we would prefer signing a long-term contract with the winning supplier.
