Request for Proposal (RFP) for KNITTING & TAILORING MATERIALS
لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية، هي منظمة طوعية دولية غير طائفية خاصة تقدم خدمات الإغاثة والحماية وإعادة التوطين للاجئين وضحايا القمع أو الصراع العنيف في بلد ثالث (غير بلدان اللجوء الأول). في لبنان وبتمويل من مختلف الجهات المانحة الدولية، تدعم اللجنة اللاجئين السوريين والمجتمعات المضيفة في مجالات الحماية وتمكين المرأة والانتعاش الاقتصادي والتنمية والتعليم.
بالشراكة مع SIDA, UNICEF, KFW والجهات المانحة الأخرى تدعوا لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية مقدمي العروض إلى المشاركة في مناقصة " مستلزمات الخياطة والحياكة " دفتر الشروط الذي يتضمن دعوة لتقديم العطاءات والتعليمات لمقدمي العروض والمرفقات والشروط العامة والخاصة للعقد وما إلى ذلك... إذا كنت مهتمًا ، فيرجى إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلينا على [email protected] ابتداءً من يوم الإثنين 6 نيسان بين الساعة 8:00 صباحًا و 16:30 مساءً.
يجب تقديم العروض على شكل ظروف مختومة يحتوي على ملفين منفصلين اللأول تقني والثاني مالي وتسليمه إلى أحد مكاتبنا إذا سمحت الظروف ، إذا لم تكن الظروف مؤاتية لإرسالها شخصياً، يجب ارسلها إلكترونياً إلى البريد الإلكتروني:
قبل الساعة 17:00 يوم 27 نيسان 2020. ولا يقبل أي اقتراح بعد هذا الوقت.
The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors, the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women's empowerment, economic recovery and development, and education.
In partnership with KFW, UNICEF, SIDA and or any other donors, International Rescue Committee invites the bidders to participate in the tender of Knitting and Tailoring materials, The request for proposal contains an invitation to tender, instructions to bidders, annexes, general & special conditions of the contract etc.
If interested, please send an e-mail to [email protected] starting Monday 6th of April between 8:00 am and 16:30 pm, in order to share with you via email the request for proposal (RFP) that include all required details & documents.
The offers must be in the form of sealed envelopes containing two separate files, one technical and one financial, and submitted to our office in Tripoli, located at Dam w Farez street, behind the syndicate of engineers, Al Wafaa building, 1st floor, Or any other IRC office in Akkar, Zahle or in Beirut if conditions allow, if not, the files should be scanned and sent to the e-mail: [email protected] before 16:30 on April 27, 2020.
No proposal will be accepted after this time.
