Expression of Interest for an expert in land surveying in Lebanon/SUFA_GIZ

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is currently implementing its project Sustainable facility management in public schools in Lebanon. As part of this project GIZ intends to award a contract for expert/firm/group to undertake land surveying works for different locations in Lebanon. The scope of work includes:

1) Cadastral and building 2D survey
2) Cadastral and building 3D survey

Tender procedure from invitation to tender until signing of contract is expected to take place between April 2020 and May 2020. Surveying services are expected to be performed and completed approximately within 12 months from signing of contract.

To qualify for consideration in the tender procedure, interested companies are required to submit the following information and documents for eligibility assessment:

1) Official letter expressing interest
2) EOI questionnaire (attached)
3) Copy of Registration and certification of the “Order of the Lebanese surveyors”
4) CVs for key staff (at least 1 surveyor with minimum of 15 years’ experience & 1 draftsmen with minimum of 5 years’ experience)
5) References of works of similar nature as specified above; performed within the last five (5) years (At least 2 projects with more than 5,000 sqm built-up area)
6) Specifications or datasheets of the equipment used for 2D and 3D modeling
