مركز دعم لبنان يتوقف في حلبا في ١٠ نيسان ٢٠١٩، كمحطة ثانية ضمن سلسلته "دليل مدني يجول لبنان" التي ستقام على كافة الأراضي اللبنانية.
ينظّم فريق دليل مدني التابع لمركز دعم لبنان لقاءه الثاني ضمن سلسلة "دليل مدني يجول لبنان" في حلبا في العاشر من نيسان. إن هذا النشاط هو جزء من سلسلة اللقاءات التي يعمل الفريق على تنظيمها طيلة سنة 2019 على مختلف المناطق اللبنانية، والتي بدأت في 27 شباط ضمن لقاء في مؤسسات الإمام الصدر في منطقة صور.
"دليل مدني يجول لبنان" هي سلسلة من اللقاءات تهدف إلى تقليص المسافة بين دليل مدني ومستخدميه، كما أنها تسعى إلى إتاحة التواصل مع الجهات الفاعلة في المجتمع المدني من ناحية، والمستخدمين الأفراد من ناحية أخرى. بالإضافة، تهدف هذه اللقاءات إلى تعريف مستخدمي دليل مدني على تحديثات الموقع وعرض كيفية استخدام المنصة والاستفادة منها بشكل كامل.
في سياق تقلص الفضاء المدني المحلي والخطر المتزايد عليه، يجد مركز دعم لبنان ضرورة في العودة إلى المبادئ الأساسية وتعزيز شبكات التعاون بين مختلف فاعلي المجتمع المدني وتعزيز المجتمع المدني وأثره.
يرحب اللقاء بجميع فاعلي المجتمع المدني في شمال لبنان خلال جلسة صباحية سيتمكن من خلالها الحضور تعلم كيفية تسجيل منظماتهم على دليل مدني، بالإضافة إلى تحقيق أقصى قدر من الظهور، وتفعيل التعاون بين المنظمة وغيرها من الفاعلين في المجتمع المدني من خلال المنصّة. سيتمكن المستخدمون الأفراد من الانضمام خلال فترة بعد الظهر إلى جلسة للتعرف عن طرق استخدام قسم الفرص المهنية على الموقع من أجل الحصول على وظيفة، وستتاح لهم فرصة لطرح الأسئلة عن كيفية استخدام موقع دليل مدني ككل. يمكن الاطلاع على برنامج اللقاء الكامل هنا.
دليل مدني، شبكة المجتمع المدني في لبنان، هو برنامج تابع لمركز دعم لبنان ويهدف إلى تمكين قطاع المجتمع المدني ليكون أكثر فعّال من أجل تعزيز أوجه التآزر بين مختلف الأطراف الفاعلة. أُطلق موقع دليل مدني خلال حرب تموز ٢٠٠٦ في محاولة لتوفير مساحة للتعاون بين مختلف المبادرات المدنية في ذلك الوقت. منذ حينها، أصبح دليل مدني مكرس لتعزيز المعلومات التي يمكن الوصول إليها عن المجتمع المدني، إيمانًَا بالحق في الوصول إلى المعلومات والشفافية في عمل المجتمع المدني. يعتبر دليل مدني من أكثر المواقع تحديثًا واستخدامًا من قبل منظمات المجتمع المدني في لبنان، حيث يتلقى أكثر من مليون ونصف زيارة شهريًا، مما يجعله من بين أكثر ١٠٠ موقع معروف في لبنان.

Lebanon Support’s Daleel Madani team is hosting its second meetup in its“Daleel Madani Goes on Tour” series in Halba on the 10th of April. This event is part of the series of meetups that the team is organising across the Lebanese territory throughout 2019, and which started with a day event in Sour on the 27th of February at Imam Sadr Foundation.
“Daleel Madani Goes On Tour” is a series of meetups that aim at bridging the gap between Daleel Madani and its users, and connecting with civil society actors on the one hand, and individual users of the network on the other. In addition, these open events aim to introduce the users of Daleel Madani to its latest updates and features, and how to use and benefit from the platform to its full capacity.
In a context where the local civic space is increasingly shrinking and jeopardized, Lebanon Support finds it is necessary to go back to the basics and strengthen our networks, in order to enhance civil society’s voice and impact.
In the morning session, the event welcomes civil society actors in North Lebanon to learn how to register their organisation on Daleel Madani, maximise their visibility, and enhance collaboration between civil society actors. The afternoon is dedicated to individual users of Daleel Madani who will be able to learn more about how to use the site’s professional opportunities section to secure a job, and ask any questions about the platform. Daleel Madani, Lebanon’s civil society network, is a programme by Lebanon Support that aims to enable the sector to be more effective, efficient, and to enhance synergies among different actors in the sector. The online platform was launched in July 2006 in an attempt to provide a space for collaboration between the various civil and civic initiatives during the 2006 War. Since then, Daleel Madani has been dedicated to promoting accessible information about civil society, in a belief in the right to information and transparency in civil society work. Daleel Madani is the most regularly updated and used site by civil society organisations in the country. It gathers over 1 and a half million page views per month, and is among the 100 most visited websites in Lebanon.
