HR Manager

The Manager of Human Resources is responsible for the management of all Human Resource functions in Lebanon, including staff at the country office and staff in field offices across areas. This position ensures all practices are compliant with Anera’s policies and procedures, as well as, Lebanon Labor Law. This position reports to the Deputy Country Director. This position also works closely with the Director of Human Resources in the US Office. This position has one direct report.

Finance Officer

The Finance Officer will contribute to the efficient and effective workings of the finance department by executing all daily tasks with a strong attention to details. This role will utilize strong financial analysis skills, time management skills and effective problem solving to ensure success.

The Finance Officer will work with general supervision, performing a variety of activities for the proper finances and accounting. This position will support the Finance & Compliance Manager with projects' financial related tasks and other tasks when required.
